The Fred Hutch Math Modeling Affinity Group is headed by Josh Schiffer and Dobromir Dimitrov and focuses on using modeling to gain insights into infectious disease pathogenesis, immunology, epidemiology, cancer and ecology.
Meetings consist of talks held on alternate first Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 am - noon at Fred Hutch's Eastlake building. In addition, the group periodically hosts happy hours to bring the Seattle modeling community together.
